We were put on the top floor, and there was NO air-conditioning in the hallway, and the air in the room was OFF. (Heat rises) It was a hot box in that little room. Why would they put people up on the top floor and why they would not have the air on if we had reservations, I’ll never understand. They gave us another room on the bottom floor right next to the mechanical room for the elevator. (Real loud) Gave us a 3rd room on the bottom floor, and again, the air was not on. Breakfast was okay, and the staff there was real friendly and pleasant. We would not recommend this place during the summer or when it’s hot.
