Upon arrival my family was a little concerned that this was an older looking building. As soon as the doors opened to the beautifully festive decorations and friendly staff we could tell it was a great place to stay. Everything was spotless, and tidy. The staff was very busy but remained kind and helpful. Even when we had to leave a day early with dog care issues at home, they were able to refund us without difficulty. The room was clean and temp was comfortable. No problems or dirt at all. The bed was clean. The mattress was average comfort, I was ok on it, my husband found it hard but sleep able. I ended up with a pillow that was very hard, my family said that theirs was ok.
The pool room was GREAT 👍.
Only 20 steps out to it and it was nice and comfortable temperature. The large geared pool felt fantastic! The hot tub was NICE AND HOT AND SO RELAXING. The breakfast room and bar were AWESOME!
