First time staying. The front desk staff was amazing- welcomed us with a smile and refreshing attitude. I was disappointed with a few things
1) we had dirty towels – it was very obvious with red lipstick, and other makeup. Called front desk and sent new towels
2) we didn’t have any shower items. I was able to find someone who brought some up.
3) we spent $45 at the little store and the donut and muffin were extremely stale, they were also out of milk so son ate dry cereal

For the money I do have higher expectations and will not stay here again. We were concerned our room may not have been thoroughly cleaned.
