This was an absolutely disgusting experience! We checked into our room and went strait to dinner before inspecting the room . When we got back we went to go to sleep and opened the bed to find pubic hair . Reluctantly I removed 4-5 hairs and went to living room area to calm down and found numerous nail clipping . Upset but tired we went to sleep only to wake up and find more hair in the bed and the extent of filth in the room . Tried to check out and front desk was less than helpful and would not even give me a check out receipt to show my credit card company to prove we had to leave because of unsanitary conditions. We will never use best western agin a free being made out to be the bad guys when we were the victims . You should be ashamed of yourself best western for allowing this sort of place to ruin your reputation.
