Hotel was clean but clearly needs updating. No clock/radio in room, side table deeply scratched, gouges in refrigerator door, shower curtain torn at the top, shampoo and conditioner dispensers did not work properly. Breakfast was fine except they appeared to wait until completely running out of items before making more causing delays for patrons. Chairs were coming apart at joints and tables were scratched and worn. Pool area towels were threadbare and scarce and only two jets worked in the hot tub. Floor of hot tub and pool was extremely rough and chipping away. Elevators were down for about 30 – 45 minutes one of the days we were there. Appreciated the room cleanliness and overall hotel cleanliness. People were generally friendly. May have been ‘Grand’ in earlier days……
