Judi Walker

This facility is showing its age. The location is great if you happen to get a room with a view of the lake and a balcony, and your idea of a good time is sitting on the balcony looking at the lake.
The four stars for service are because of the bell staff. It was all hands on deck with a smile and a helpful attitude.
The elevator situation is definitely a problem and a huge safety issue if the hotel ever has an emergency requiring evacuation of guests.
