We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We stayed here because the hotel had excellent price rates for Labor day(Probably the cheapest decent hotel in Branson), while most other places were 2 to 3 times higher. There are definitely some pros and cons to staying at this particular hotel. The service and housekeeping staff were very nice and treated us well. The breakfast was definitely good and has a good variety of options such as waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, and more. They had drinks such as apple, orange, and even strawberry juice. We definitely did not leave breakfast hungry, and I can admit, I even ate too much, it was definitely a good meal to start the day. Those were some of the pros, but here are some of the cons. The hallway smelled quite odd, the Otis Series 1 elevator smelled like mold, our room had stains on the walls and even some nasty stains on the bed(Definitely disgusted my brother out), and our room also smelled odd(Possibly a pet smell). The bathroom and shower were not bad and decently clean overall. Our experience overall was okay; not terrible, but not great either. The customer service side of the hotel was good, but the cleanliness of the hotel, was not so much. This would only be a hotel I would stay at not because we wanted to, but for our family, it was either this hotel or nothing since many places were sold out for Labor day. Despite the cons, we had a great trip and were definitely quite grateful we even got a room to make our fun-filled family trip possible.
