The check-in lady was really nice as well as The check-out lady. However, I wish we had never stayed here. The rooms were disgusting and smelled horribly. The window was broken before I even touched it. And the anti-slip mat was discolored and yellow. The ice machines were hidden it felt like and we went all the way to the 4th floor after being told to go there and then found out that there was one on the main floor. The room looked like it was from the 1960s and smelled like it too. The sauna was broken and the jacuzzi had no bubbles. I was really looking forward to that sauna too, that was the whole reason we stayed there to begin with. Then, the breakfast. The breakfast was pretty bad. The juice tasted bad, like artificial everything. It would have been better to go to McDonald’s like someone next to me said. Yes, there was a room connected to this room too, which I typically don’t like and feel unsafe in, so I put something in front of it. Place smelled like smoke, even though it said non-smoking hotel. There were stains on the bottom bed curtains, which was gross and the fridge hardly closed and there was a big load of dust behind the TV stand. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, I would rather spend more money someplace better than ever stay here again. Sorry to those nice desk ladies, but I cannot lie.
