Golf course. Course is in not bad shape.Fairways are at a good length, rough is thick, greens run pretty good. Soft greens so all ball marks are visible and people do not know how to repair. The bad, sand traps are very hard and not well taken care of. Wouldn’t be too hard to rake traps when guys are out watering/mowing greens. For the $100 cost you would hope everything would be well groomed.
