This is NOT the place to stay!! The breakfast that was included turned into frozen biscuits and sausage (picked up next to the registration desk) that had to be microwaved upstairs in a conference room. (Couldn’t they at least put the two things together in the same room?) Coffee was available but no juice or milk to drink. Every day there was another “story” about why they didn’t have breakfast that day but they would have it the next day…next day, no breakfast just another story.
Check-in was an ordeal with a very rude girl who seemed okay with saying that we should have told her that we were checking in at the same time (even though we had booked two rooms). When we said we didn’t know we were supposed to tell them that, she smarted off by saying, “Well, I’m not psychic”
Rooms were old but okay. Mattresses seemed old and lumpy. There were many broken items in the rooms. The bigger tv in one room was missing from the wall with a smaller one sitting on the dresser. The door key would often not actually unlock the door (although the light turned green) until you did it several times. The bathroom in one room sounded like a freight train when it was flushed (so loud that it could be heard in the next room) and water was leaking out of the toilet on the floor constantly. Also the button to the front desk on the phone would not work (very convenient for them).
