To start, checking in was terrible. It took about 20 minutes because they were in shift change. And the FD was not the friendliest. Next, our room was on floor 3. The ENTIRE hallway smelled of cat pee. We had ZERO towels – not even hand towels. We go to the FD to ask for towels and get the response of a shrug and “we don’t have any” and to come back in 15 to 20 minutes…that would have been past midnight. The beds are very springy, not very comfortable. The room appears very thrown together; as if something broke and was replaced with something smaller/cheaper. Wires out in places that would typically be hidden. Next morning went back down for towels, and there were only two available (grabbed those!), which our party was greater than that, figured we would check back again later. Up next was breakfast, this would be the only thing that I would call satisfactory. The food was kept restocked and fresh. After breakfast, checked on towels…again..still none available. For those of us that were able to shower, thank goodness we brought our own soaps since the dispensers barely worked if at all. Why would you sell rooms that are not properly stocked?! Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
