I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a stay at the Red Roof Inn in Branson, Missouri, and I must say it was far from a pleasant encounter. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted with an overwhelming and unpleasant smell of stale air that lingered throughout. To make matters worse, I noticed visible signs of mold in the room, which was not only unsightly but also concerning for my health and well-being. It was disappointing to see such lack of maintenance and attention to cleanliness in a hospitality establishment. Given the unfavorable conditions, I promptly brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff. They promptly processed a refund for my reservation, allowing me to make alternative arrangements and avoid staying in the room under such conditions. While the location of the Red Roof Inn is convenient, I cannot overlook the significant drawbacks I encountered during my brief visit. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure a more comfortable and hygienic environment for their guests in the future. Until then, I remain cautious about recommending this particular hotel based on my recent experience.
