Honestly, we miss the old Chateau on the Lake before Covid happened. The service used to be top notch and we loved the gift shops they used to have. The toilet paper is too scratchy for a 4 star hotel and we wish the jacuzzi was hotter and had the jets higher up. We normally love staying here and stay here every Thanksgiving but unfortunately this stay was a little bit of a let down.
