The experience was great and pricing was more than worth it. The animals were out and it was fun for the kids. The only reason it is at 4 not a 5 is the woman at the front desk was very short and rude with us all 3 times we interacted with her. I understand it was busy but customer service definitely could have been better from her. The other workers were exceptional! Especially the guy with the sharks and the one by the touch tank they were great!
