We had Booked a room with a kitchen. We were given a regular room. We had to go eat before we we went and seen the room. Upon walking in we see we are in a downgraded room. We went to go see about switching rooms and were met with no one because it had just passed 8 o’clock and there is no receptionist. The showers also have no water pressure.
