The hotel was recommended to us after our prior accommodation fell through. Heather was so nice and got us checked in quickly. They provided a handy map with directions to the pools and breakfast. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The only downside was the bathroom was a little small, but the rest of the room was very spacious for two adults and two kids. We will definitely be staying again!

It was such a great experience! All of the staff were so nice and the rooms were amazing. We had the jacuzzi room and we loved it. The breakfast was so good and unlike any other hotel breakfast. We will be staying here anytime we are in Branson!

it’s a great place. The bedrooms are really large and comfortable. My only issue was the bathrooms are so tiny and the toilet seems like it was made for a kindergarten. You almost feel like you’re gonna fall on the floor before you actually hit the seat. other than that, this hotel is great

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service. Kurtis, in particular, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yes there was some upkeep issues but nothing that bothered us much. Plus it's location is so close to everything which is a big plus! The room was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast while it was crowded there was a decent selection that we were all able to find something we enjoyed and got our tummies filled up. Parking was a bit of an issue one night but we were there during thanksgiving weekend which is one of the busiest times of the year so completely understandable. The arcade was a bit of let down as the games were high priced but it did provide a short bit of entertainment for my son's. My absolute favorite part was that the pool was open until midnight which was amazing because we were able to do evening activities and still swim for a bit when we got back. Plus wasn't too crowded because families with really small children had already cleared out.
