Holiday Inn Express – Green Mountain Drive

We had a good experience on our 3 night stay. Mikkayla and Ally were super helpful when we first arrived. We booked through priceline and they lied about what room we would be getting. These wonderful ladies helped make things right. I really appreciate their time and their patience. We loved the breakfast. The omelets where so yummy and the pancake maker was pretty cool. My boys loved that. The pool and hot tub was nice. They even have a sauna.! My husband loved that. All around we enjoyed our time and now know what place we will be booking when we visit Branson.

Beds were okay. Room on the smallish side. Okay for what we needed it for. Free breakfast every morning. It was okay. Pretty central spot to attractions. Indoor pool. Front parking fills up at night quickly, then parking is on an incline. Could be troublesome for people with mobility issues. Front desk attendants were friendly and knowledgeable. Small little store with meds and snacks in the lo by. I think they close it at night though.

We had a 3 free night deal here to take a time share your at their Holiday Hills Resort location during our stay, so wasn’t exactly sure what to expect for free. We were pleasantly surprised. The facility was nice, room was clean, and it was a great location right near all the action. The breakfast ladies really seemed to care about the breakfast service which is appreciated and can vary drastically from location to location. Might be the tip jar they set out there, I’ve never seen that at another IHG hotel with free breakfast before. I did not get a chance to use their pool and hot tub, but it looked like a nice area.

Clean, updated rooms. Staff was friendly. Didn't have a musty smell like we've experienced in other hotels in Branson. Large indoor pool. If I had to find any complaint, the TV needed two remotes. Will definitely stay here again next time we come down.

This hotel was pretty close to the main strip so it's easy to get to everything. Staff was friendly, the room was quite clean and comfortable and included a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast was included and was your standard hotel breakfast but was still good. I would definitely consider this place again when we come back!
