Comfort Inn & Suites Branson Meadows

My wife and I spent four days here in the cottage for my birthday. We enjoyed our stay the people in the hotel are nice. The pool is nice and the breakfast is really good. The only reason they don't get five stars is because the cottage needs some TLC. The rug needs replaced there were some stains on the curtains and the ceiling and the Comforter. The stains on the Comforter were obviously old and it had been washed. The main reason we chose the cottage is because we stayed at the hotel in a normal room before and I couldn't sleep because of people making noise. So we hoped the cottage would be quiet and it served its purpose in that way. I was able to sleep very soundly. I do feel with how much you pay for the cottage that it should be in better condition. I also think they should get the AC system worked on because it barely kept it cool enough when it was chilly outside if it was ninety or a hundred I can't see it being able to keep it cool. And please replace the mattress. And also make the toilet where you can get up from using it without it hitting the wall behind it.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it never disappoints. The location makes it easy to go anywhere in Branson. Rooms are nice and quiet. We love the 2 sinks. One in bathroom and one just outside of the bathroom Rooms are always very nice and breakfast is great. This time our visit was beyond exceptional. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations with their exceptional customer service and commitment to making our stay comfortable. Their personalized attention catered to our specific needs the morning of departure. We cannot thank them enough, and we’re looking forward to our next stay!!

Excellent location off the beaten path, but easy access to any place you want to go. All staff were very nice especially Melanie at the front desk. The pool is nice and warm for swimming, the game room was fun and breakfast was excellent. The entire hotel was clean and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here at this location again.

Great hotel! We had a great stay while in Branson. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Everything was really clean. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels and cleanliness and this one met my expectations. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. My husband is picky about food and went in with low expectations but he was pleasantly surprised. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which we loved. It also had a coffee pot and was stocked with coffee and tea. Not long after we made it up to our room someone called and made sure everything was good with our room and asked if we needed anything which I appreciated. They just went above and beyond. This will be our first choice if we're ever in Branson again!
