Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills

We have stayed in many hotels since the pandemic in 2020. I noticed service and care was not what it used to be after that for various reasons. I have to say our recent stay at this Comfort Inn was the best hotel stay we've had in four years! The staff blew it out of the park! They were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly and went above and beyond what was expected for us. The rooms and hotel were clean. The pool and hot tub were actually open and kept up and the breakfast delicious with many options. Thank you, Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills in Branson for making our vacation delightful!

Rooms could use a makeover for sure , however they’re very clean. Staff is friendly. Pool is open until midnight and is indoors. Of the room chairs were more comfortable I’d say we’d be back but they weren’t, they’re just old dining room chairs. Which makes it tough to work . If you’re not working then no problems.

Stayed for two nights. Off the main road and away from traffic but close enough to get to things easily. Clean and comfortable room. Had an issue with toilet running constantly unless jiggled the handle so let them know when we checked out. No exhaust fan or fan in bathroom didn't work so when took a shower got extremely steamy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was okay. Wish had more fruit and pastries like bagels or donuts and had an imitation orange drink instead of actual orange juice. Have a nice snack and souvenir area. Pool area was nice but very dark at night, both nights we used it were the only people down there and was kind of creepy. Will stay here again on future trips.

The service was friendly and efficient. The price is fair. We were only stopping to sleep, but there are a lot of interesting attractions very close to the hotel. The room is very outdated. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for a jetted tub. It is a regular bathtub/ shower combo with very load jets. I was assuming a big tub, but I suppose it was a jetted tub as advertised.

We really enjoyed our stay here the 2nd weekend of November. We stayed with our 3 adult kids and their spouses , and our 6 grandkids. The staff was very accommodating,and gave us 4 rooms , that shared an inner door together so we could visit. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and especially the breakfast every morning. The breakfast is very convenient, with many different things to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff ,from the ladies at the desk to the cleaning staff, and cooks were very gracious and helpful. We will be staying here on our next visit.
