We always enjoy going to Chateau on the Lake. Always clean, best service and friendly staff. The bar and food were exceptional as were the rooms. Housekeeping needs to step up their game. They could have been more attentive on every level. It was only our floor I’m assuming. But overall, exceptional! We will be going back.

This is a beautiful setting and a beautiful hotel at Christmas time. The decorations, the lights, the Nativity, gingerbread houses all make for a wonderful experience. The cost of food and drinks is expensive and the spa offerings are overpriced. Had they been more reasonable I would have wanted to take advantage of them. But overall the hotel and New Year's Event was memorable.

Beautiful view. Clean rooms. Good atmosphere. Very accommodating, friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. Only negative was the noisy people next door but that was not the fault of the establishment . Loved the nativity, waterfalls and Christmas decorations along with the gingerbread house display. Will definitely stay there again, especially at Christmas time. p.s. the Christmas stocking hanging on our door Christmas morning was extra special. Thank you.

Enjoyed our time at this resort. There were somethings that were overlooked during our stay (failure to clean room, etc) but as soon as we would call the front desk, Chase was always on top of it and had our towels exchanged and trashed pulled quickly. Our room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay which was disappointing. He was very friendly/helpful during our stay with great recommendations of local attractions and food. I am thankful for the free laundry detergent and free use of the washer/dryers. We were able to come home without dirty laundry to catch up on.

We had a great experience and stay at this resort! The bellhops were all great and very helpful from the time we pulled up to the time we left. I wish I would have gotten the name of one of them that helped us more than once and took our pictures in the sleigh. Also Chloe was great at the front desk and Nate in the bar / restaurant area! They were all so helpful! I also got a massage while there and Ashlynn was my masseuse and she was phenomenal! We definitely will be back!
