Haven't been to Branson in 20 years and it's completely different. This hotel was an amazing experience overlooking the lake! And inside the hotel was really cool also with the goldfish in the rivers/ponds. Great service at the restaurant. Will definitely come back.

Friday night, Saturday am we had no hot water on either of our rooms. Otherwise this stay was much improved over previous years with all restaurants and eateries open. Being here for a dance competition and convention we didn’t have time to use other facilities but staff was much friendlier and welcoming

We always enjoy going to Chateau on the Lake. Always clean, best service and friendly staff. The bar and food were exceptional as were the rooms. Housekeeping needs to step up their game. They could have been more attentive on every level. It was only our floor I’m assuming. But overall, exceptional! We will be going back.

This is a beautiful setting and a beautiful hotel at Christmas time. The decorations, the lights, the Nativity, gingerbread houses all make for a wonderful experience. The cost of food and drinks is expensive and the spa offerings are overpriced. Had they been more reasonable I would have wanted to take advantage of them. But overall the hotel and New Year's Event was memorable.

Beautiful view. Clean rooms. Good atmosphere. Very accommodating, friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff. Only negative was the noisy people next door but that was not the fault of the establishment . Loved the nativity, waterfalls and Christmas decorations along with the gingerbread house display. Will definitely stay there again, especially at Christmas time. p.s. the Christmas stocking hanging on our door Christmas morning was extra special. Thank you.
