We made a last minute reservation here after spending a few nights at an AIRBNB. We wanted to extend our vacation. We could see the Chateau from our balcony and decided it would be fun to stsy there. We found a great price for a room here. The hotel is beautiful! Our room was clean and fresh. Dinner was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager on duty went out of her way to help us get settled in. It was a great experience.

We wanted to enjoy some spa activities we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves in a Wednesday night. Upon arrival the host greeted me Chase, and he couldn’t have been nicer, he was so informative and seemed genuinely happy to have us, most hotels have some boring old receptionist, who acts like it’s a chore to be there, but not here. He asked repeatedly if he could do anything for us, even gave us history on the place and John Q Hammons.. we definitely will be back, thanks to Chase for our wonderful stay here at Chateau on the Lake hotel!

My wife and I first came here in 2023 on our mini honeymoon and we have celebrated our anniversary here since. It’s outside of town but not enough to feel too far from the main strip in Branson but far enough to feel secluded and romantic. We take in all the amenities of this wonderful place. We watch a movie in the little theater, we dine at the Chateau Grill and we enjoy the spa. We hiked local trails and have gotten off the beaten path around the grounds to enjoy finding an otter by the lake. Truly magnificent. Would highly recommend this to any couple.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. We had a room on the 10th floor and the views were amazing. The room was clean and very spacious. Our one complaint was the pillows on the bed were rather small (couch pillow size) for a king-sized bed, but other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I just stayed at the Chateau this weekend (2/14/25). I give the management an A++ perfect review for taking care of all issues quickly, and also treating us with the utmost respect and courtesy. I also want to mention Sandra E. (waitress at the Chateau Grill) for being an AMAZING waiter who exceeded all expectations. Pro tip: call the hotel directly DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. BEWARE 3RD PARTY SCAMMERS.
