Service was phenomenal!!! This staff actually knows the definition of hospitality. Nice change from the status quo service other hotels are providing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is a little dated, but the staff more than make up for it.

The area was very nice. Next to downtown, food, shopping ext. However if you plan to get a "suite" you have to park on a very steep hill. And with kids, Its not ideal. The bed was hard as a rock. I asked for more pillows and they gave me 2. They do not provide pillows for the pull out couch. So be prepared to bring your own. Not to mention as i was on the phone with the people booking for a connecting room, so my children and i both had actual bed, they booked it over me. There is NO way to get to the pool from the inside. So you have to walk outside, freezing, & wet to get back to your room. Overall, it would be second option. but next time i will def be looking into something else first. also, The walls are paper thin... the people above us were soooo loud at 6:30AM.

This is a great location it's walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. They also have a trolly that will take you downtown. I love the breakfast. The pancake maker made my morning 🤣. My kids loved that there was no limit to their swimming time. Laquita (the desk clerk) made sure that our stay here was top tier. She was very informative on activities and entertainment for the kids. Even our housekeeper made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I will definitely be back.

Location is ideal, you can walk to the downtown right from the hotel. So the restaurants and the little gift shops are right here and you don't have to fight for a parking spot. The rooms were spacious and had great coffee machines (with pods) and the bathroom had plenty of towels, shampoo, soaps... also it was very quiet, we slept very well.
