Best Western Center Pointe Inn

For as “old and outdated” as this hotel is, it is super clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and bring you fresh towels everyday and say hello even in passing. The pool and hot tub were well maintained too and you cannot beat the location! I definitely recommend staying if you plan to visit Branson.

The mattresses could use an update, but other than that, it was a great stay. The front desk agents were all very kind and helpful and the location is ideal for what I needed

We have stayed here every time we come to Branson. The location is right on the strip and accessible to walk up and down the strip if you choose to do so. If you don’t want to walk be prepared for traffic because the strip is a very busy place. The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast is hot and the pool and hot tub are open until midnight. In the summer they have an outside pool as well as an indoor pool so it’s nice to have two different pools. The towels for the pool are tiny so you may want to bring your own. The pool says it’s heated but it’s chilly and not really warm but they have a hot tub so that doesn’t bother me or my kids. I can’t compare this hotel to any others in the area because we are loyal to this one. The rooms could stand to be updated but other than that it does its job!

The location was in the middle of tons of attractions. Noise in the room was minimal, hotel sits far enough off the road that there are no lights shining in the room. Front desk and ticket center are friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and fit 6 people very comfortably. Breakfast was on time and hot each morning. Plenty of options for our kids to choose from. The ladies who worked the mornings during our stay (11/27-11/30) were very friendly. Some of the breakfast foods are served, and not buffet style, so it doesn't feel like every other guest has touched the food.
