Best Western Plus

This is an older Best Western, but the rooms are comfortable. The beds are very comfy. The pool is 3' all the way across and indoors/heated, which was nice for our younger children. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. We would possibly stay here again.

My experience here was a very nice experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice & clean. The breakfast yummy and the dining area was nice and clean at all times. The attendant on duty made sure the area was clean and she made sure that every foods were available at all times. I like the fact that every thing was Covid proof. The pancake maker was touchless & the breads and bagels were individually wrapped. The coffee was good and hot. My room was nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that Sparky the Trolley was available and I was able to tour the downtown area and it was free. The location was great. The only thing I didn't like was that it's built on a down slope. My mom has difficulty walking, so I got a handicapped room. The handicapped room was at the bottom of the hill. So we will had to get in the car and drive around to go to breakfast. Still a really nice hotel, I will recommend

I was actually pleased with this room! The updates, cleanliness, I was pleased with. We only had one hiccup and that was with the TV just stopped working, but they did come up to fix it. I like the location because it is within walking distance of quite a few restaurants and shopping.

There were no bugs and I do check VERY thoroughly...we saw a review about it from some months ago but each number block is a separate building in the same complex...so it was reported in the 300 building and we were in room 215. There was maybe a slight musty smell initially and it was warm in the room...once we got the AC set and air movement the smell wasn't super discernable. I've got allergies and after that first hour I didn't notice anything. The bathroom is small and it needs shelves or something to hold shower supplies but that's the only thing I'd say negative...the water pressure was very good and the water got to the scalding level I personally prefer. Ice machine was a bit difficul to locate, but we did find it. The complimentary breakfast was much better than the average... Healthy choices as well as less than and well seasoned. They had two kinds of eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels, fruit, yogurt and granola, hardboiled eggs, banana bread, a gluten free muffin, coffee and tea and water, and OJ and apple juice. The pool was nice and open 24/7...which was lovely. I found the bed to be much better than average because it was very similar to my own but that is a preference... I don't like memory foam mattresses they make my back hurt. These were good quality old fashioned springs with padding...great support but not too firm. It was very quiet we had no issues with loud neighbors or anything like that. The parking lot is on a steep incline so be aware of that for any special needs etc. But you could still navigate I'd just recommend for a wheelchair bound person that you park close to your entrance to load and unload. Absolutely recommended and if I go back I'd do it again

Great experience at this hotel. Can't beat the location, just walking distance from the landing. Room had nice modern fixtures and was very clean despite being an older hotel. The king room I stayed in was large. Fellow at the desk was very nice and had some great conversations as I was checking in. Breakfast is good, nothing too crazy other that automatic pancake machine. Good experience overall. Will stay again if I need a Hotel in the area.
