Grand Oaks Hotel

Nice hotel! Decently priced! Very friendly staff (shoutout to Schaefer he was extremely friendly and welcoming even at 11:45pm)! Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was comfy. Overall a great experience with nice rooms!

We became Silver Dollar City season pass holders this year and have stayed at several establishments in the area. This is the first one I would return to. The rims were nice and very clean. The included breakfast was far superior to others we've had in the area. The staff were all very friendly. I also think the location is excellent. It's about a block off of the main drag, so you are closer to everything, but can take the back roads easily to avoid the traffic.

We staying here for our 5th anniversary. So far its been great. It was late getting is in. But after that, we have loved it. Breakfast today was so good. Beautiful location, and great service! I recommend this to couples and families!!

“I had a great stay at this location back in August. Unfortunately, my four-year-old son left behind his favorite stuffed animal, a Warmies puppy dog. Since we live in Texas, I called the hotel and spoke with the management. They promised to keep an eye out for it. A week later, I received a call from the manager saying they had found it! I arranged for a family member who lives in Arkansas to pick it up, and we just received the dog. I want to thank the staff for going above and beyond. They deserve five stars for their excellent customer service and people skills. I will definitely stay here again!”

Ive never used a third party to make a reservation before and check in using UpLift was a real pain . When the property offers it on their direct website the front desk should know how it works but Mike, Cody and Stacey helped get it all figured out . They were friendly and housekeeping does a wonderful job ! Breakfast unfortunately was very blah . Also I now have a second $100 hold on my card that they dont have an explanation for just that it will "fall" off in a few days. That is unacceptable and very frustrating !
