Gorgeous hotel inside and out! The staff were all amazing and so helpful! Chase, Asst. Mgr was so friendly and knowledgeable on the hotel and the area. He gave great suggestions for drinks at the bar. Bonnie was fantastic behind the bar and made the most delicious Christmas Cookie Martini and smoked Old fashioned! The only thing I can suggest is to change the mattresses to be softer. They’re way too firm and you’ll wake up with a stiff neck and sore back. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and we will be back!!!!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay! We enjoyed walking around the hotel to enjoy the sights so beautifully decorated for Christmas. We do wish the indoor pool would have been a tad warmer but we still had a blast and enjoyed the hot tub.

BEAUTIFUL resort!! Staff was very friendly, Pete’s coffee shop, lunch cafe, dinner restaurant and ice cream/sweet shop on-site. AMAZING VIEWS!! my only 1 complaint is that I felt that the rooms were a bit outdated for the amount of money. Other than that, everything was clean and smelled fresh! I stayed in the Lakeview balcony room. Amazing view!! We were there for a work event, but I’d definitely come back for personal leisure

We are here for a work / vacation. Such a nice atmosphere with amazing customer service and care. The views are amazing and the property is finely manicured with and amazing lake view. Jeff in the coffee shop is a breath of fresh air in the morning with a warm smile and willingness to get you the perfect start. Great experience!!!!

This hotel is in an amazing spot. The location is perfect with a beautiful view from anywhere you are. It’s at the top of a hill and no matter where you are the view is amazing. We stopped in for the Champagne lunch. It was worth the price. Service was slightly slow but it was worth it over all. The fire is perfect. Would love to stay at this hotel we didn’t stay this time but it looks like it would be nice to stay. If you are looking for a nice champagne brunch stop in. They had a live pianist playing near the buffet.
